Q: How many bikes do you have?

A: We have 8 bikes total: 1x Small, 2x Medium, 3x Large, and 2x X-Large

Q: What size of bike do you recommend?

A: Small 4’10-5’6

Medium 5’1-5’9

Large 5’4-6’2

XL 5’7-6’+

 

Q: What are my options for rescheduling or canceling?

A: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before rental time to reschedule, and you may only reschedule once per rental. (Exceptions will be made depending on circumstances) For refunds you must email 24 hours in advance of your rental time, and you will not be refunded any applicable transaction fees.

 

Q: What do I need to bring?

A: Appropriate clothing, appropriate footwear, gloves, and helmet (we always have enough spare helmets for everyone incase you forget or don’t have one).

 

Q: Are helmets mandatory?

A: Yes, and no exceptions.

Q: Do your bikes have studded tires in the winter?

A: Yes, all of the bikes have studded Terrene Cake Eater Tires for the winter.

 

Q: Do your bikes have dropper seat posts?

A: No, they do not have dropper seat posts because they tend to be more temperamental in colder weather.

 

Q: What size of wheels do your bikes have?

A: All of the bikes have 27.5” wheels except for the small which has 26” wheels.

 

Q: How much do the bikes weigh?

A: These bikes are exceptionally lightweight for an aluminum frame fat bike weighing in at only 30lbs depending on the frame size.

 

Q: Can I pick up the bike/ bikes?

A: Please contact us to make special arrangements like this. You will be required to have an adequate way of transporting the bike ensuring the security, and safety of the bike from any theft/ damages. We do have 2” trailer hitch bike racks that we can also rent to you.

 

Q: Do you have anything other than fat bikes?

A: Unfortunately we only have fat bikes at this time.
